Toilet Clogs
To unclog a toilet, equip yourself with a plunger, ensuring a proper seal over the drain. Apply firm, rhythmic plunges to dislodge the obstruction.
If you're successful in plunging the toilet, the water should drain from the below. Avoid flushing until this occurs.
Sink & Shower Drain Clogs
When your sink or shower drain clogs, start by removing visible debris near the opening. Use a plunger to create a seal and perform rhythmic plunges. For sinks, consider removing the trap beneath and cleaning it.
Avoid harsh chemicals, as they can damage pipes. Baking soda and vinegar can be poured down drains, followed by hot water, to break down minor blockages.
